Terms of Service

Free AI Visibility Audit. When you submit our audit request form, we will conduct a free review of your local business's visibility across six areas: Google Business Profile, schema and structured data, AI directory presence, NAP consistency, review signals, and website foundation. We deliver a written report within 24 hours of your request.

One-Time Fix ($500 flat fee). We address the issues identified in your audit report through a combination of work we perform and content we produce for you to apply. We implement LocalBusiness schema, review schema markup, website foundation fixes, and Google Search Console setup on or for your website. For your off-site platform profiles (Google Business Profile, Yelp, Foursquare, Bing Places, the Better Business Bureau, and any vertical-specific directories), we write optimized content, NAP corrections, and Q&A pairs and deliver them to you ready to paste into the accounts you control. Delivered in 48–72 business hours with a written change log. No ongoing commitment.

Fix + Intel ($500 + $250/month). Includes everything in the One-Time Fix, plus a single monthly plan covering three areas. Maintenance: a GBP and technical pulse check and a quarterly re-audit scored against your baseline. Posting: four posts per month (two on Google Business Profile and two on Apple Business Connect), written and published for you and collected on a single web page that updates each month. Competitor intelligence: a monthly report tracking competitors within a 15-mile radius on Google Business Profile (review velocity, rating trends, post activity, and attribute changes), delivered as a branded HTML report to your inbox. The $500 fix fee is charged at the time of purchase; the $250/month retainer begins after the fix is delivered and continues on a monthly basis until cancelled.

The free audit is provided at no cost and does not obligate you to purchase any paid plan. Each paid plan is a separate transaction.

For the review signals area specifically: the fix includes adding review schema markup as part of the technical hygiene we install. It does not include review management, solicitation, or responding to reviews on your behalf, which are ongoing activities outside the scope of this service.

We deliver the free audit report within 24 hours of receiving your completed request. The paid fix is delivered within 48–72 business hours of cleared payment, unless we notify you otherwise in writing. Business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Timelines assume you provide accurate business information in your request. Delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you are not our responsibility.

The one-time fix fee ($500 USD) is due in full before work commences. For the plan that includes a monthly retainer (Fix + Intel at $250/month), the fix fee is charged at purchase and the monthly retainer begins after the fix is delivered, billed on a recurring monthly basis.

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any price change will not affect an engagement already confirmed in writing. Monthly retainer rate changes require 30 days written notice before taking effect.

The free audit is provided at no charge, so no refund applies.

One-time fix: All sales are final once work has commenced. If we fail to deliver the agreed deliverable within 10 business days of cleared payment for reasons within our control, you may request a full refund.

Monthly retainer (Fix + Intel): You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by providing 30 days written notice to donald@clickconvrt.com. You will continue to receive service through the end of the 30-day notice period. No partial-month refunds are issued. The one-time fix fee is non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of retainer cancellation.

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the findings or recommendations in the audit report, as the report reflects our professional assessment of publicly available information at the time of the audit. We do not offer refunds if AI search engine behavior changes after delivery.

AI search engine behavior (including how tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and similar systems surface local businesses) changes frequently and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in specific rankings, increased traffic, leads, or revenue.

Our audit report and fix represent our professional assessment based on current best practices and publicly available information at the time of delivery. Results will vary based on your market, competition, and factors beyond our scope.

The free audit report is yours to keep at no charge, regardless of whether you purchase a paid plan. Upon receipt of full payment for the paid fix, you also receive full ownership of the specific deliverables we produce for your business.

ClickConvrt retains all rights to its underlying methodology, scoring systems, audit frameworks, templates, and tools used to produce deliverables. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our proprietary processes or systems to you.

Our website, brand, and all content we publish are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLICKCONVRT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KEY WORKFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $500, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, and in those cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.

By using our services, you represent that:

• · The information you provide in your request is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• · You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Key Workflow is based in California and operates under the ClickConvrt brand name.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at donald@clickconvrt.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
