Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 15, 2026 · Last updated: May 15, 2026
- · We collect your name, business name, email, city, state, and optionally phone — only what you submit in our form.
- · We use it to deliver your audit, communicate results, and occasionally follow up about our services.
- · We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- · We use Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, and Meta Pixel on this site — these tools set cookies.
- · You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Who We Are
ClickConvrt is a brand operated by Key Workflow, a sole proprietorship based in California ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide AI visibility audit and optimization services for local businesses. You can reach us at donald@clickconvert.com.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you submit our audit request form:
- · First name
- · Business name
- · Email address
- · City and state
- · Phone number (optional — only if you choose to provide it)
We also collect information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived. This is collected through cookies and the third-party tools described in Section 5.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- · Conduct and deliver the AI visibility audit you requested
- · Communicate your results and any follow-up recommendations
- · Respond to questions or service inquiries
- · Send occasional relevant communications about our services (you can opt out at any time)
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share data only in these limited circumstances:
- · Service providers: Tools we use to operate our business (email delivery, analytics) may process your data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
- · Advertising platforms: Google and Meta receive behavioral data about site visitors through cookies and tracking pixels (see Section 5). This is site-activity data — not your form submission data — and is used for ad measurement and audience building.
- · Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and Third-Party Tracking
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the following tracking tools:
Google Analytics 4
Collects anonymized data about how visitors use our site — pages visited, time on site, traffic sources. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Tracks when a visitor completes an action on our site (such as submitting the audit form) after clicking one of our ads. Google may use cookies or device identifiers for this purpose. Manage your preferences at Google Ad Settings or opt out via the Network Advertising Initiative.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
Tracks visits and conversions to measure our Meta ad performance and build advertising audiences. Meta processes this data per their own Data Policy. Manage your preferences in Facebook Ad Preferences.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our site function.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for up to 24 months from the date of collection, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. Anonymized analytics data may be retained longer.
Your Privacy Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you may request to:
- · Access the personal information we hold about you
- · Correct inaccurate information
- · Delete your information from our records
- · Opt out of any marketing communications
To exercise any of these rights, email donald@clickconvert.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
